How do you make your pretzels?
I make my own seasoning and add them to pretzels. I will give you one of my secret ingredients. I smile when making each batch. It makes a difference in the flavor.
What is the shelf life of your pretzels
My pretzels are sealed in mylar bags for great flavor and freshness. They lasts for 9 months unopened.

How long does it take to receive my order
Normally, orders ship within 5β7 business days.

I got a shipping confirmation so where is my order
A shipping confirmation including tracking number will be sent out when your order is ready to be packaged for shipping. Shipping carriers pick up orders from Marcus on Tuesday and Thursday. They do not scan the boxes at pickup. Sometimes the tracking information isn't updated but know your package is on the way.
